Dental Irrigating needle tubes are the metal part of dental needles that are used for irrigating root canal and removing debris in oral. The different shapes of needle tips influence the flowing rate and direction of fluid. There are three regular needle tip designs: half-cut notched tip, one side vented tip and two side vented tip. Irrigation needle tubes are mainly made by medical stainless steel 304 material grade as it has good resistance to corrosion, good formability and durability. And these dental needle tubes’ outer diameter sizes are generally 23G, 25G, 27G and 30G. For special size, we can customize according to the client’s drawings or samples.
