Dental irrigation needle tubes are medical stainless steel needle tubes that are mainly used for effective irrigation for root canals in oral treatment procedures. YUHONG GROUP manufactures and provides high-quality dental endodontic irrigation needle tubes for different dental procedures. Our irrigating dental needle tubes are made from high-quality austenitic stainless steel 304 raw material due to its good performance and excellent corrosion resistance. And these dental irrigation needle tubes have different needle tip designs, such as single side vented tip, double side vented tip and notched needle tip to meet different irrigation requirements. The main outer diameter sizes are 23 Gauge, 27 Gauge, 30 Gauge. And the design of thin wall improves the flow rate and the irrigating effect.
There are different types of needle tubes that are designed for dental irrigation, offering different irrigating efficiency. Three most common types are as follows:
1. Single-Side Vented Needle Tubes:
The single side vented needle tip has a hole on the one side of the needle tube and the end can be opened or closed, allowing the irrigation fluid to flow out at the hole. This is designed to reduce the risk of tissue damage, making it ideal for deep irrigating. Single side vented needle tubes are generally suitable for irrigating root canals and areas of soft tissue.
2. Half-cut Notched Needle Tubes:
Notched needle tubes have a notch at the tip, which is half cut, allowing the fluid to flow out straightly. It’s designed to control the irrigation direction. Notched irrigating needle tubes are generally used in procedures, such as removing debris from deep areas in oral.
3. Double-Side Vented Needle Tubes:
Double-side vented dental needle tubes have holes on both sides and the tip end is closed, allowing the irrigation fluid to be distributed more evenly. It’s designed for safety and efficiency for sensitive tissues during the irrigation, achieving thorough irrigation.
