ASME SB171 C61400 Forgod Disc
ASME SB171 C61400 standard features a high-strength, wear-resistant aluminum-nickel bronze alloy valve disc (the core valve component) specifically designed for fluid control systems subject to extreme corrosion, high-velocity erosion, and high-temperature conditions.
It reduces the coefficient of friction (≤0.15) to prevent valve seizure and forms a dual corrosion barrier, resistant to seawater, steam, and mild acid corrosion.
Key applications include marine seawater valves, high-pressure oil and gas injection valves, nuclear power cooling systems, and high-temperature steam control valves.
