The ASTM A213 T11 serrated HFW finned tube is a high-performance heat transfer element designed for refinery heaters, boilers, and economizers. The base tube is made from low alloy steel (T11), and serrated carbon steel or stainless steel fins are welded using High Frequency Welding (HFW). This combination ensures excellent heat resistance, mechanical strength, and enhanced heat transfer efficiency.

Superior heat transfer due to serrated fins which break boundary layers and improve turbulence.
Excellent high-temperature resistance from T11 alloy base material.
Strong welding bond from HFW ensures durability under thermal cycling and vibration.
Corrosion-resistant in harsh refinery environments.
Longer lifespan compared to traditional smooth finned tubes.
These finned tubes are ideal for convection sections and economizer areas in:
Crude oil heaters
Vacuum distillation unit furnaces
Fluid catalytic cracking units (FCCU)
Steam generation sections
Gas heat recovery units
