What is the injection?
The injection is a way of administering a liquid medication into the body tissues under the skin, which usually use a sterile, sharp and hollow needle tube, that is, injection needle. Injection is generally used for drugs which need to have quick effect or which are not absorbed well in the body’s digestive system.
Injection Needles are the most common medical needles in our daily life. This kind of medical needles are usually produced by medical grade stainless steel 304 or 316L grades due to their resistance to corrosion and durability. There are many types of injection needles, such as hypodermic needles, insulin needles, spinal Needle, epidural needle and so on. In addition to normal standard sizes, we can also customize needle tubes that are based on clients' drawings. Our semi-finished stainless steel needle tubes are all passed the strict quality inspection. There will be several inpections during the process of manufacturing. Our quality assurance system is certificated by ISO13485 international standard.
