ASTM A269 TP316L Stainless Steel Coil Seamlss Tube

Description

As a low-carbon version of 316 stainless steel, the carbon content is ≤0.03%, which enhances corrosion resistance, especially in welding and high temperature environments. It is used in corrosive media and is suitable for systems with high cleanliness requirements and is resistant to seawater corrosion. It has excellent corrosion resistance. The low carbon content also improves welding performance and gives it good mechanical properties.

Its surface treatment is commonly polished inside and outside, suitable for high cleanliness requirements. It is manufactured by cold drawing or cold rolling process to ensure high strength and consistency.

NACE MR0175 compliance is achieved when all materials, fabrication, and equipment conform to the requirements laid out in ANSI/NACE MR0175/ISO 15156. This international standard outlines the requirements for metallic materials exposed to H₂S in oil and gas production environments, including carbon steels, low alloys, and corrosion-resistant alloys.
