Our U-Bend Tubes are manufactured with strict adherence to ASME SA213 standards, ensuring superior quality and consistency. The bending process is carefully controlled to maintain tight radius tolerances and prevent material defects.
Radius Tolerance:
The bending radius (R) of our U-Bend tubes ranges from 200mm to 400mm, with a tolerance of ±1mm-2mm.
Heat Treatment After Bending:
After bending, all tubes undergo stress-relief annealing heat treatment to restore their mechanical properties and ensure structural integrity. This process eliminates residual stresses caused by bending, improving the tube's resistance to cracking and deformation under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
