ASTM A335 P22 Alloy Steel Seamless High Frequency Weled Fin Tube
Base pipe material: ASTM A335 P22
- ASTM A335 P22 is a specific grade of seamless ferritic alloy steel pipe.
- It is mainly used in high temperature applications such as power plants, refineries and petrochemical industries.
- This material has excellent high temperature strength and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for harsh environments.
- ASTM A335 P22 has good weldability and is often used in applications that require welding or forming.
What is HFW(High Frequency Welded) fin tube?
High-frequency welded finned tubes are commonly used heat exchange elements. Since they need to work in high-temperature flue gas environments for a long time, such as boiler heat exchangers, the operating environment of finned tubes is very harsh, with high temperature, high pressure and corrosive atmospheres. This requires high-frequency welded finned tubes to have higher performance indicators, mainly including: anti-corrosion performance, wear resistance, low contact thermal resistance, high stability and dust resistance.
Features:
1. High thermal efficiency for effective heat transfer
2. Compact design resulting in small quantities of materials used for heat transfer surfaces
3. Low installation cost and maintenance costs
4. Easy dismantling and easy, rapid cleaning
5. High performance with low hold-up volume
6. Compact modular design , Easy to install
7. High quality, long lifetime.
High frequency welded finned tubes enlarge the heat transfer surface to provide maximum efficiency in heat exchange applications from waste heat gas to closed liquid processes.
Both solid finned tubes and serrated finned tubes are used in various applications such as heat recovery steam generators, petrochemical, boiler plants, economizers, gas coolers and heat exchangers.
Solid finned tubes are recommended for polluted gas streams using oil, coal, wood or other highly polluting fuels. Serrated finned tubes are mainly used for clean gas streams.
