ASME SA240 SS304 Stainless Steel Tubesheet For Heat Exchanger


The heat exchanger tube sheet is a circular plate that fixes the tubes and seals the medium in the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger tube sheet is a pipe fitting that can be welded to fix the pipes. The composite tube sheet we provide can save resources and reduce costs without reducing the use effect (corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, etc.).

Depending on the application, a tube sheet may be made of various metals or of resin composites or plastic.

A tubesheet may be covered in a cladding material which serves as a corrosion barrier and insulator and may also be fitted with a galvanic anode.
Tubesheets may be used in pairs in heat exchange applications or singularly when supporting elements in a filter.
