Heat Exchanger Tube, EN10216-2 P265GH, 1.0425 Seamless Carbon Steel U Bend Tube
EN 10216-2 P265GH Seamless Carbon Steel U Bend Tubes are supplied in varnished condition in order to prevent formation of rust. EN 10216-2 Grade P265GH U Bend Tubes are used mainly for automobile sectors, interior and exterior architectural structures, water pipe lines, gas lines, oil and gas industries etc.
EN10216-2 P265GH Seamless Carbon Steel U Bend Tubes are reheated and furnished in full annlealed, isothermal annealed or normalised quenched and tempered condition. EN10216-2 P265GH Alloy Steel Seamless U Bend Tubes have a typical chemistry with additions of max 0.30 Chromium and max 0.08 Molybdenum. EN 10216-2 P265GH Seamless Carbon Steel U Bend Tube is a type of steel tube that is suitable for high temperatures and pressures.
Characteristics:
1.Material: Made from carbon steel, these tubes offer a good balance of durability, strength, and cost-effectiveness. Carbon steel is an alloy of iron and carbon, sometimes with other elements, which provides various mechanical properties depending on the carbon content and other alloying components.
2.U-Shape Design: The U shape is integral for certain piping layouts, especially where a change in direction is needed without fittings or where space is limited. This design can also help absorb thermal expansion in piping systems.
3.Heat Treatment: After bending, these tubes often undergo heat treatment processes such as annealing or stress relieving to reduce residual stress and enhance material properties.
4.Size and Dimensions: They come in various sizes and wall thicknesses, depending on the application and the pressure requirements of the system they are being integrated into.
5.Corrosion Resistance: While carbon steel is less corrosion-resistant than stainless steel, coatings or other treatments can be applied to enhance its resistance to corrosion, especially in environments where corrosion is a concern.
Manufacturing Process:
Straight tube - U bending before 100% flaw detection - Using reliable bending machine and precision bending mould - Bending after the U-shaped part having the electric heating stress relief annealing - Bending after 100% water pressure
