Overview:
C44300 seamless tube is a type of copper-nickel alloy tube that is highly resistant to corrosion and erosion in seawater environments. It is often used in marine applications, including seawater cooling systems, desalination plants, and submarines.
The C44300 alloy consists of 70% copper and 30% nickel, which results in excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, biofouling, and erosion. The alloy also has good strength and ductility, making it suitable for use in high-pressure applications.
The seamless tube production process involves drawing a solid copper-nickel billet through a piercing rod to create a hollow tube.
