ASTM A335 Gr P9 Alloy Steel Studded Finned Tube for Heating Furnace
YUHONG Group can make kinds of industry projects and supply variety of extruded fin tubes in industries. All of our products are domestically sourced, developed, and produced, that means our customers have easy access to exactly the products they need for their particular application. Besides, we can make sure that you can get products with highest quality and manufacturing standards and a local, concerned, customer service presence!
Features Of Finned Tube
1. An energy-efficient heat exchange component, with high heat transfer efficiency and high bearing pressure, best adapted to high temperatura areas
2. using power frequency contact type resistance welding and upsetting force fusion welding
3.adopts dual-torch metal tumor-free welding. Welding precision is ensured
4.The studded tubes welder is a mechanical-electrical integrated welder.the operation is simple and reliable, with stable and convenient performance
Fin tubes can use at very high temperatures possible because the strong connection between fin and base tube prevents loosening of fin because of heat stress, oxidization, corrosion etc. Studded Tubes are applied to convection chamber of heating furnace in petrochemical industry for increasing the heat transfer coefficient at the fuming side. Studded Tubes are two or three times the square of light Tubes and because of the usage of studded Tubes, the hot strength can be got as the same as radiation in the reasonable design.
