Heat Treatment
All seamless steel tubes should be heat treated at the specified temperature. After cold working, residual stresses and potential impurities may occur, and the heat treatment will rebuild the alloy structure and then obtain the original properties. the minimum annealing temperature for TP304 stainless steel should be 1040 degrees C.
