ASME SA210 Grade A1 Carbon Steel Seamless Boiler Tube and Superheater Tube
ASME SA210 GR.A1 carbon steel seamless tube is a widely used medium carbon steel tube for boilers and superheaters. The working temperature is usually below 454 ℃, mainly used for boilers and heat exchanger components with medium and low pressure, medium and low temperature.
Used for heating surface tubes of low and medium pressure boilers (with a working pressure generally not exceeding 5.88Mpa and a working temperature below 450 ℃); Used for heating surface pipes, economizers, superheaters, reheaters, petrochemical industry pipes, etc. of high-pressure boilers (with working pressure generally above 9.8Mpa and working temperature between 450 ℃ and 650 ℃)

ASME SA210 GR.A1 belongs to medium carbon steel with a carbon content of less than or equal to 0.27%. Compared to low carbon steels such as ASME SA178 GR.A and ASME SA192, it maintains higher strength while still having relatively good weldability and formability, which is to some extent superior to higher carbon or alloy steels. On the other hand, a silicon content greater than or equal to 0.10% ensures that ASME SA210GR.A1 has a good deoxidation effect.
