ASTM B111 UNS C12200 Copper Alloy Seamless Tubes have excellent hot and cold working properties. UNS C12200 Copper Alloy Tube is performed at a hot working temperature ranging from 760 to 871 degrees C (1400 to 1600 degrees F). It has excellent deep drawing characteristics and resistance to pitting corrosion when exposed to severe weather and water environments.
The copper tube is a silenced and drawn seamless tube. It has many features such as Light weight, good thermal conductivity, high temperature,etc.. And it's used to make heat transfer equipment (such as condenser, etc.). It is also used in oxygen - making equipment to assemble cryogenic piping. Small diameter copper tubes are usually used to transport pressurized liquids (such as oil pressure systems, etc.) and pressure gauges.
