Abstract of Nickel 200 Seamless Tube
Nickel 200 tubes are made of 99% nickel alloy, known as commercial pure nickel. The material has a minimum yield strength of 148MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 462MPa, but the material has very high corrosion resistance. The material consists of carbon, manganese, silicon, sulfur, copper, iron and 99% nickel.
Applications where these ASTM B163 nickel 200 tubes can be used include chemical storage and processing, synthetic fiber production, and methods using fluorine and sodium hydroxide. However, beyond food processing, other applications include defence and aerospace. At the same time, these ASTM B163 tubes have excellent alkali resistance at different concentrations and temperatures.
