What is N04400 Embedded Fin Tube - G Type?

Embedded G-Fin Tube is a type of finned heat exchanger tube designed to enhance heat transfer efficiency. It features a base tube with fins that are mechanically embedded into grooves on the tube's outer surface. The "G-type" refers to the method of embedding fins into grooves, creating a robust, thermally efficient finned surface.

Monel400 / N04400 is a corrosion-resistant alloy with good resistance to acid, alkali, salt and corrosion, which is able to operate stably for a long period of time in harsh environments. Therefore, Type G finned tubes are manufactured from ASME SB163 NO4400 material with good corrosion resistance and high temperature strength for applications requiring corrosion resistance and high temperature heat transfer.

Nickel Alloy Embedded Fin Tube is widely used in petrochemical field, such as petroleum refining, chemical production units, gas condensers, heating furnaces and so on. In addition, it can be used in offshore engineering, shipbuilding, power industry and other fields to meet the needs of heat transfer in special environments and high temperature and high pressure conditions.
