Overview:
TP347H Seamless Tube is a type of austenitic stainless steel tube that is specifically designed to operate in high-temperature and high-pressure environments. The TP347H grade of stainless steel contains higher levels of chromium, niobium, and tantalum, which gives the tube greater resistance to high-temperature oxidation and better corrosion resistance than typical austenitic stainless steel tubing.

The TP347H Seamless Tube is manufactured using a seamless process, which means they are made without welded joints. These tubes have superior corrosion resistance and can withstand harsh environments containing corrosive materials, including acidic and alkaline solutions. They have excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and intergranular corrosion caused by sensitization.
The TP347H Seamless Tube's high-temperature oxidation resistant properties are attributed to the precise combination of elements that form stable carbides when they are exposed to high temperatures. This characteristic makes the tube durable and reliable in high-temp applications where other tubes may start to degrade.
