Inconel 625 composite pipe is generally cold worked according to ASTM B444. Generally, this cold-worked Inconel 625 seamless pipe can be supplied in 2 conditions, grade and grade 2. ASTM B444 UNS N06625 Gr 1 pipe is supplied in the annealed condition, while Grade 2 is supplied in the solution annealed condition. Also known as UNS N06625, material 2.4856 Alloy 625 pipe has many excellent properties. Key among these properties is its corrosion resistance. Inconel 625 pipe is considered ideal for marine applications for several reasons.
The main reason is that the alloy can withstand not only high stresses in and out of water, but also stresses over a wide temperature range. Inconel 625 pipe is also capable of withstanding high acid conditions. Additionally, ASME Sb 444 UNS N06625 Alloy 625 Pipe has properties such as high tensile strength, good creep resistance, and good weldability, so these pipes can be used in nuclear foundation applications. Inconel 625 Welded Pipe is a solution strengthened superalloy for high temperature and high pressure applications. Pipes produced to the ASTM B444 UNS N06625 specification generally indicate that these pipes have a seamless construction.
