The chemical composition of this nickel steel alloy is designed to provide excellent resistance to many corrosive environments. Inconel 600 is a standard engineering material with excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance. Inconel 601 also has high strength and good workability, excellent metallurgical stability and high resistance to carburization. Inconel 600 is hardened and strengthened through a cold working process.
ASTM B166 round bars are widely used in a variety of applications for different industrial uses. These products undergo various tests, including hydraulic testing, to ensure leak-free performance. Inconel 600 Round Bar and Inconel 601 Round Bar are a nickel-iron-chromium alloy containing titanium, copper and molybdenum. The chemical composition of Inconel 600 Round Rod and Inconel 601 Round Rod is highly resistant to many corrosive environments such as pitting, crevice corrosion, intergranular corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. Inconel 600 round bar and Inconel 601 round bar have good mechanical properties from medium to high temperature. Inconel 600 round bar and Inconel 601 round bar are hot worked from 1600 to 2150° F. The material has good solderability in all conventional processes. Round bars are used in a wide variety of industrial applications: from basic industries such as sugar, paper, textile, dairy and engineering to more complex fields such as oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical and fertilizer, power generation and nuclear industries, etc.
Inconel Alloy 600 Round Rod is a nickel-chromium alloy rod containing supplemental amounts of niobium, iron, molybdenum, aluminum and titanium. Inconel 600 round bars are high strength, heat treatable, good corrosion resistance, formability and weldability. Inconel round bars are commonly used in valves, fasteners, tubing and mandrels. The Inconel Bar has an excellent low temperature and heating range. Common uses of Inconel 600 alloy include deployment in gas turbines, sub-service ety valves, aircraft engines, thrust reversers, and industrial fasteners
