ASTM A312 TP310S Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe is a specific type of stainless steel pipe that is used in various industries for its durability and resistance to corrosion. It is made from grade TP310S stainless steel alloy, which contains high levels of chromium and nickel for increased strength and heat resistance.
The A312 designation refers to the ASTM A312 standard, which specifies the requirements for seamless and welded austenitic stainless steel pipes used in high-temperature and corrosive environments. TP310S is a specific grade of stainless steel that meets the requirements outlined in this standard.
ASTM A312 TP310S is a high temperature service austenitic stainless steel. It is a highly alloyed material that is used to prevent oxidation and corrosion. This is achieved by the chromium and nickel components in the composition. The TP310S has lower carbon content at 0.08% max where the 310 has 0.24% max of carbon. The material is used for high temperature services with 1150 degrees Celsius at continuous services and at 1035 degrees Celsius with intermittent services.

1.Each pipe shall be subjected to the nondestructive electric test or the hydrostatic test, the pipe of test to be used shall be at the option of the mfg, unless otherwise specified in the PO.
2.The finished pipes shall be reasonably straight and shall have workmanlike finish, Removal of imperfections by grinding is permitted, provided the W.T are not decreased to the less than the permitted in Section 9 of Specification ASTM A312
3. Pipe Marking: Specified in A312, include “Logo(YUHONG)+Standard+Sizes+Heat No.+Lot No.+H.T/E.T/U.T”
4. Packing: Each Pipe end is protected by Plastic cap. Then packed by Anti-rust steel strip, The outside of the bundle is plastic woven bag, or Plastic film.
5. Packing Mark: SIZE + STEEL GRADE+ QTY OF PIECE/WEIGHT/METRE.
6.MTC: MTC paper will be supplied for each order.
